The Exototi app is designed to run smoothly across a wide range of devices — from mid-range smartphones to the latest models. Here are the basic requirements for the best experience:
For the best experience, we recommend using a WiFi connection or 4G/5G mobile data. The Exototi app is also optimised to run on 3G connections with satisfactory performance.
App updates are released regularly to ensure optimal performance, up-to-date security and new features. You will receive a notification when an update is available and can choose to update at a convenient time.
Since the Exototi platform launched, one of the most consistent pieces of feedback from Malaysian users has been the demand for a faster and more stable mobile app. The Exototi development team took every suggestion seriously, and the result is an app that today stands as the top choice for hundreds of thousands of active users across Malaysia.
This app is not simply a "smaller" version of the website. It was rebuilt from the ground up using modern technology that enables faster page load times, smoother animations, and the ability to perform even on slower internet connections — particularly useful for users in rural areas or those frequently on the move.
On the security front, the Exototi app supports two-factor authentication (2FA) and biometric login. This means even if your phone is lost or borrowed, your account stays protected — only you can verify your identity via fingerprint or face recognition. All login sessions are monitored, and any suspicious activity triggers an automatic alert.
Payment is also a priority in the design of this app. Exototi understands that Malaysian users rely heavily on local payment methods. As such, the app fully supports DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB. Deposits can be completed in under two minutes, and withdrawals are processed quickly depending on your membership tier.
For slots enthusiasts, the Game Lobby in the Exototi app features over 600 slot titles from a wide range of game providers. Every slot can be played instantly without downloading any additional files — everything runs smoothly within the app itself. Popular categories such as progressive slots, Asia-themed video slots, and classic slots are all clearly listed for easy browsing.
For live casino fans, the Exototi app delivers an experience that closely mirrors a physical casino. High-quality video streaming lets you watch real dealers in action right before you, while responsive betting buttons ensure every decision you make is recorded in real time with no delay.
Exototi also runs exclusive promotions for app users — from bigger first-deposit bonuses and special mobile cashback to in-app tournaments with attractive prizes. Keep your app notifications turned on so you never miss a special offer.
Another advantage of the Exototi app is its more advanced search function compared to the web version. You can filter games by category, provider, popularity, or bonus availability. The "Favourites" feature lets you save your preferred games and access them directly from the app's home screen without having to search again.
If you experience any issues while using the app, the Exototi support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Live Chat built directly into the app. You don't need to leave the app to get help — simply tap the support icon and our agents will assist you in English or Bahasa Melayu.
